TIPS FOR EXERCISING DURING YOUR PERIOD

Take it easy.

Wear the right clothes.

I’ve been working out 5-6 times a week, even when I’m on my period.  Do I feel like it?  No, not all the time.  I still do it.  I feel so much better after working out.  It changes my overall mood and mindset.  I hope you find these tips for exercising during your period helpful!  Make sure to leave a comment.
